Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with all original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants)

  • Custom products (such as personalized items)

  • Personal care items (such as opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
