Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM ET may be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times and costs are outlined below:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@kindnature.co.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within the continental United States.

• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

• We do not offer signature confirmation by default.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not liable for delays once a package has left our fulfillment center.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can assist you.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Once your order is placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@kindnature.co as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.
